— FIELD REPORT — PRIORITY: ELEVATED —

LAST TIME VS. THIS TIME

The last report described the Revolve architecture working under controlled conditions — the loop closing while we watched closely for problems.

This time was a real session. No extra hand-holding, no isolated test setup.

WHAT HAPPENED

One commander, one base, one shared world. A deployment order went out from the Hub. Named soldiers — real roster, real history — got committed to a tactical mission. A separate server picked them up. The mission ran under live conditions, same as it would for any player.

The mission ended. Results got assembled — win/loss, credits, who didn’t make it — and sent back before the player even reconnected. Casualties applied. Roster updated. Economy updated.

The soldiers who didn’t come back are gone. For good.

FIELD OBSERVATION — RECOVERED LOG FRAGMENT

Live session, single operator.

Deployment order issued from Hub. Named personnel committed. Tactical server spun up.

Mission ran.

Return path executed — Hub received the result before the player reconnected. Casualties registered, credits applied, roster updated.

No desync. No data loss.

It held.

WHY THIS ONE MATTERS MORE THAN THE LAST

The last report proved the architecture was sound. This one proves it works under real conditions — which is a different, more useful thing to know.

Everything that comes after this — every soldier, every base, every mission, every consequence — sits on top of what just got confirmed. One commander, full loop, confirmed. Ready for a second.

More to come.
